App Purpose

BingoRoom helps hosts create bingo cards, run caller sessions, save sets, and prepare printable game materials for social, classroom, club, and event use.

Host Responsibility

BingoRoom is a utility for making and running bingo-style activities. You are responsible for how you organize an event, choose card content, print materials, and follow any rules that apply to your setting.

Do not use BingoRoom in a way that violates law, platform rules, venue rules, school rules, or local event policies.

Your Data and Exports

You are responsible for the card sets, custom text, settings, and exported materials you create.

Local storage, export, sharing, and printing behavior may vary by device, platform, and app version.

Purchases, Subscriptions, and Refunds

If you purchase BingoRoom Premium, billing, cancellation, renewal, trial, and refund handling are managed through the App Store, Google Play, or the applicable platform.

Premium access is managed through app store purchases and RevenueCat entitlement status.

No Official Affiliation

BingoRoom is not affiliated with Apple, Google, RevenueCat, schools, venues, event organizers, or bingo organizations unless explicitly stated.

Intellectual Property

BingoRoom, the app icon, website design, text, branding, and related materials are owned by App Factory Labs or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them except as allowed by law.

Disclaimer of Warranties

BingoRoom is provided as is and as available. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every event, classroom, venue, or hosting situation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, App Factory Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of BingoRoom, the website, caller tools, saved sets, exports, or event decisions.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as BingoRoom changes. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
